SHIPPING INFORMATION

Thank you for your interest in my artwork! I take great care in packaging and shipping each piece to ensure it arrives safely.

  • Processing Time: Please allow 5 business days for your order to be processed, carefully packaged, and prepared for shipment. Original pieces may occasionally require slightly longer processing times for specialized packaging. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.

  • Shipping Methods & Carriers:

    • Domestic within USA: Orders are typically shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Estimated delivery is usually 2-7 business days after shipment, depending on your location. Expedited shipping options may be available upon request for an additional fee – please contact me at admin@colleenrudolf.com before placing your order to inquire.

    • International: International orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail International. Estimated delivery times vary significantly based on destination and customs processing, typically ranging from  6-14 business days or longer after shipment.

  • Shipping Costs:

    •  Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the artwork's size, weight, and your shipping destination. Costs include packaging materials and insurance.

    • Variable - Contact for Quote - Due to the unique nature and size of some pieces, shipping costs may vary. For larger works (typically specified on the artwork page), please contact me at admin@colleenrudolf.com with your shipping address for a custom shipping quote before purchasing.

  • Packaging: All artwork is handled with care and professionally packaged using high-quality materials (e.g., bubble wrap, foam, sturdy boxing, crating for larger sculptures if necessary) to ensure safe transit.

  • Tracking: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is dispatched, allowing you to follow its journey.

  • International Customs and Duties: Please be aware that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs processing fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer/recipient. Customs policies vary widely; please check with your local customs office for more information. Customs clearance procedures can sometimes cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.

  • Shipping Insurance: All artwork shipments are insured for their full value during transit.

  • Damaged Items: In the unlikely event that your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) at admin@colleenrudolf.com. Please photograph the damage to the packaging before opening it, as well as the damage to the artwork itself. Retain all original packaging materials, as they may be needed for the insurance claim process. We will work together to resolve the issue promptly.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

My goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your artwork purchase. Please read the following policy carefully.

  • Original Artwork Returns:

    • I want you to love your new artwork. If you are not satisfied with your original artwork purchase, please contact me at admin@colleenrudolf.com within 7 days of receiving your order to discuss a possible return.

      • Returns must be pre-authorized by me.

      • The artwork must be returned in its original condition and original packaging.

      • The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs, including insurance for the full value of the artwork. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

      • Once the artwork is safely received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method, minus the original shipping costs.

      • Returns initiated after 7 days of receipt will not be accepted.

  • Non-Returnable Items:

    • Commissioned artworks are created specifically for the client and are non-refundable and non-returnable.

    • Items marked as "Sale" or "Clearance" are final sale.

    • Gift cards (if applicable) are non-returnable.

  • Damaged Items: If your artwork arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact me immediately (within  48 hours of delivery) at admin@colleenrudolf.com. Please provide photographs of the damaged packaging (before opening if possible) and the damaged artwork. Keep all original packaging. We will work together to file an insurance claim and determine the best resolution, which may include a repair (if feasible), replacement (for prints), or a full refund.
